Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - ½ cup mayonnaise
 - 4 oz jar diced pimentos, drained
 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne if you’re adding a little heat. Stir until well blended . - Taste and season
